If you continue to browse and use this website and our services, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our sub-pages (see below) govern Evergreen Holistic’s relationship with you. We reserve the right to change any information on this website at any time, including class times, locations, teachers and prices. We may change our policies from time to time by updating the relevant page on our website.

Payments and refunds
All payments are non-refundable. Payments are provided by Paragon via our booking software WellnessLiving. By using this service you agree Evergreen Holistic is not responsible for the process of capturing your financial data.

Booking and cancellation
We have a strict cancelation policy of 2 hours for classes, and 24 hours for appointments, workshops, private sessions, and trainings. Missed bookings or bookings cancelled within these times will be charged in full. You can view our full booking and cancellation policy here.

Waiver of liability
Upon booking services with us you will be required to accept our waiver of liability. This is mandatory to participate in activities at Evergreen Holistic. The waiver of liability statement applies to all services taken with us.

Physical adjustments
Teachers at Evergreen Holistic may provide physical hands on adjustments. You must inform the teacher immediately should you not want to be physically adjusted during the session.

Classes
Evergreen Holistic reserves the right to change or cancel yoga classes at any time, including teacher substitutions. We will endeavor to contact those effected as soon as possible.

Security
Evergreen Holistic takes all reasonable steps to protect your personal information, however we cannot guarantee the security of any information you disclose online. By using the Evergreen Holistic website you accept the inherent security implications of dealing online and will not hold Evergreen Holistic responsible for any breach of security unless such breach has been caused by Evergreen Holistic's negligence.

Mobile phones
All mobile phones must be switched off or on silent and put away before the start of the session. Strictly no phones during sessions. Should you need to have your phone with you as a one off (i.e. you are waiting for an emergency call) you must notify to the teacher before the session for permission. You are not permitted to audio/video record the session unless given permission from the teacher.

Right to refuse
We reserve the right to dismiss you from using our services at any time. It is your responsibility to inform us of any injury, pregnancy, or medical conditions before the start of every session, and we reserve the right to refuse entry on this basis. If you are new to physical exercise it is advisable that you consult your doctor before attending class. You should not use our services under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Live-streamed classes
By participating in our live-streamed yoga classes you understand that neither the individual teachers nor Evergreen Holistic will be liable for any damage or injury resulting from your use of this service. You understand that classes may be physically strenuous and you voluntarily participate in them with the knowledge that there is risk of accident or injury. The teacher will not be able to give physical adjustments or personal feedback during the class. You must not practice to the extent of strain or pain. Ensure that you practice in a suitably sized space with no risk of harm. The access details are intended for use by the recipient only and must not be shared with anyone else.
