Class Descriptions
”True yoga is not about the shape of your body, but the shape of your life. Yoga is not to be performed; yoga is to be lived. Yoga doesn’t care about what you have been; yoga cares about the person you are becoming. Yoga is designed for a vast and profound purpose, and for it to be truly called yoga, its essence must be embodied.” – Aadil Palkhivala

Awaken & Align
Awaken and Align is a gentle yoga class designed to help you start your day with clarity and balance.
Through breath awareness, gentle stretches and mindful movement, this class will guide you in awakening your body and aligning your mind.
We will move through a slow, intentional sequence that focusses on improving mobility and releasing tension, creating space in the body and mind.
Open to all levels, this class will encourage you to listen to your body and cultivate a deeper connection to yourself, leaving you feeling grounded, refreshed and ready to move through your day with ease.
Beginners Yoga
This class is designed as a welcoming introduction to the practice of yoga. We move at a slower pace than an all-levels class, focusing on building a strong foundation with clear, safe alignment and essential yoga poses. Come to learn, explore, and maybe even break a light sweat in a supportive, judgement-free space. All bodies and all levels of experience are welcome.
Gentle/All Levels Yoga
This class invites you to meet yourself just as you are, with most of the practice grounded on the mat. We focus on accessible movements, gentle stretching, and mindful breathwork to release tension and create ease in the body, mind, and spirit. While occasional standing poses like Downward Dog or Tree Pose may be offered, participation is always optional. Modifications and support are provided for every body, and props like blocks, bolsters, chairs, and straps are available to help you feel comfortable and supported throughout class.
Heated Yoga
Step into a gently heated space (90-95 degrees) to cultivate warmth, presence, and energy. This accessible yoga class combines mindful movement, steady holds, and breathwork to help you build internal heat, release tension, and move with intention. The pace is supportive and unhurried, allowing you to tune in, connect with your body, and make the practice your own.

Enjoy the benefits of practicing in a warm room, including easing muscle tightness, supporting circulation, and promoting mental clarity, all in a welcoming space for all levels.

(Please consult your healthcare provider if you have high blood pressure, asthma, cardiovascular disease, heat intolerance, or are pregnant.)
Kundalini Yoga
This yoga tradition works with the primal energy that lies within our deeply seated soul to our highest consciousness. When awakened to a careful and purposeful state, we discover a place of healthy energy, spirit filled light and an enhanced human experience!
The practice utilizes accessible movement patterns to transform our energy into a place of full potential! Come and experience the gentle, profound kundalini awakening within!
Mixed Level Hatha Yoga
Develop confidence in the classical asanas (poses) of yoga & begin to explore variations, breathing techniques, and the yoga philosophy that is yoga’s cornerstone.

This is a yoga class to develop strength, flexibility and calm for every body-type, age and experience level. Absolutely no yoga experience is necessary, variations will be provided. Expansion variations will be available for those with more experience. Everyone participates in a way that best suits their own body and experience level.
Rest & Restore
Rest & Restore is a deeply restful, floor-based yoga practice where all postures are supported by props such as yoga blocks, blankets, and bolsters to encourage complete relaxation and passive stretching. Rather than focusing on active movement, this class guides you to settle into each pose for an extended period, allowing your body to soften, release tension, and gently open without effort.

In a world that often glorifies constant movement and productivity, slowing down is essential. This practice offers a quiet space to recharge, cultivate inner awareness, and promote healing on a physical, mental, and emotional level.
Rise & Shine
Start your day with mindful movement that meets you exactly where you are. Rise & Shine is a balanced yoga class that blends gentle flow sequences with steady, grounded postures to help you awaken your body, build strength, and move with ease. This class is intentionally designed to be accessible for all students—offering options for those who want to take it slow and modifications for those who crave a little more challenge.

Whether you’re brand new to yoga or looking for a supportive, energizing way to start your morning, Rise & Shine invites you to stretch, breathe, and settle into your day with confidence and ease.
Rooted Hatha
Anchor your weekend with this steady, grounding Hatha practice. Rooted Hatha blends mindful movement, breath awareness, and gentle strength to help you reconnect with your body and spirit. Perfect for all levels, this Saturday ritual offers a calming reset to help you feel centered, nourished, and ready for the week ahead.
Slow Flow
Slow Flow is a mindful blend of Vinyasa and Hatha yoga, offering a steady pace with fewer transitions and more space to breathe, explore, and feel each pose. This class invites you to move with intention, finding the balance between gentle flow and grounded stillness. It’s perfect for those who want to build strength, improve mobility, and enjoy the calming rhythm of a slower practice.
Somatic Flow
Somatic Flow is a healing-centered yoga practice that blends traditional movement with somatic awareness to connect mind, body, and breath. Through intentional, therapeutic postures, you'll explore emotional release, nervous system regulation, and deep inner presence.

Each class end with a signature guided meditation to help you integrate, reflect, and restore.

This is more than movement, it's a journey back to yourself.
Vin-Yin (Slow Flow Yoga)
Vin-Yin Yoga is a slow flow yoga sequence that combines a gentle Vinyasa Flow with Yin Yoga asanas (postures). The Vinyasa portion of this class warms up the body while riding it of excess Prana or energy. After this your body is ready to relax and lengthen during the Yin Yoga portion. It is a great combination to bring overall balance to the body and it's systems.
Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice that gently targets the deep connective tissues in the body, such as fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones, through long-held, passive floor-based poses. In each posture, you'll settle in for 3 to 10 minutes or longer, using props like blocks, blankets, and bolsters to support your exploration and comfort.

As you stay in each pose, you’ll experience sensations at the edge of your stretch. These moments can feel intense or bring up unexpected emotions, but they offer a chance to cultivate patience, presence, and a deeper connection to both your body and mind. Yin is not about muscular effort; it’s about finding stillness and listening deeply, creating space for healing, flexibility, and inner calm.
Perfect for all levels, this practice complements more active styles of yoga by promoting joint mobility, stress relief, and enhanced energy flow throughout the body.
