POLICIES & PROCEDURES

GROUP YOGA, WORKSHOPS, EVENTS

Booking & Cancellation Policies:

Since we keep our class sizes small, we will be enacting the following cancellation policies:

Booking: Pre-registration and pre-payment is required for all classes, workshops, and events. Walk-ins will not be permitted at this time.

Please note, due to the high volume of No Shows and Late Cancellations we require clients to store a valid credit card on file prior to booking any services at our facility.

Cancellation Window: Students can cancel their class via their online account up to 1 hour or more prior to class without penalties. Cancelations via email, Facebook, or voicemail will not be permitted.

Late Cancellation or Now Shows: Students that do not cancel 1 hour prior to class or fail to show for class will lose their class. Those on an unlimited plan will be auto-charged $10 for each offense.

Late Arrivals: Students that arrive after the door has been locked will not be permitted entrance and the no-show policies will be applied.

Waitlists: If you are added to the waitlist when booking and a space opens up, you will automatically be added from the waitlist in to that class. If you have email notifications enabled in your account you will receive an 'added from the waitlist' automatic email notification. You can view which classes you are registered for by logging in to your online account. If you are added from the waitlist and can no longer attend, you must cancel your booking so the next person in line can be added to the class.

Event/Workshop Cancellations: Workshop bookings must be cancelled no later than 24 hours before the start time, in which case you can transfer on to a future workshop. Workshop cancellations within 24 hours are non refundable and non transferable.

Refund Policy: All sales are final and all payments are non-refundable. Should you become unwell or injured a note from your doctor must be provided and your case will be assessed on an individual basis and a pause or credit may be considered.
