Scheduled classes will open 15 minutes before start time, students are encouraged to enter one at a time.

Please only bring necessities into the building: water, keys, yoga mat/props

During Class:

Props will be available to all students - if you have your own props, please bring them with you. If you plan to borrow props from the studio, please bring a couple of pillow cases or towels to cover the props with.
Once in the studio please stay in your mat space, unless going to the bathroom

After Class:

Students are encouraged to exit the studio one at a time with the mat closest to the door leaving first

Do not attend class if you:

  • Are experiencing covid or flu-like symptoms such as fever, cough, shortness of breath, loss of smell, headache, sore throat, chills, extreme fatigue, diarrhea or nausea

  • Been out of the country in the last 14 days

  • Been directed by any federal, state or local official that you should isolate, quarantine yourself because of the risk of transmission of Covid-19

  • Come in close contact with someone who has Covid-19

Masks: We are following CDC Guidelines and ask those who are unvaccinated to continue wearing a mask unless you are able to practice social distancing. For the safety and comfort of our students we have implemented social distancing in our yoga room. We ask those who are unvaccinated to please keep your mask on in the common areas of the building until you have settled into your mat space. Please consider the action of "yoga off the mat" by practicing Ahimsa (non-harm) and Satya (truthfulness).

Booking & Cancellation Policies:

Since our class sizes and schedule will be dramatically reduced to adhere to social distancing guidelines, we will be enacting the following cancellation policies:

Booking: Pre-registration is required for all classes. Walk-ins will not be permitted at this time.

Cancellation Window: Students can cancel their class via their online account up to 2 hours or more prior to class without penalties. Cancelations via email, Facebook, or voicemail will not be permitted.

Late Cancellation or Now Shows: Students that do not cancel 2 hours prior to class or fail to show for class will lose their class. Those on an unlimited plan will be auto-charged $10 for each offense.

Late Arrivals: Students that arrive after the door has been locked will not be permitted entrance and the no-show policies will be applied.

Waitlists: If you are added to the waitlist when booking and a space opens up, you will automatically be added from the waitlist in to that class. If you have email notifications enabled in your account you will receive an 'added from the waitlist' automatic email notification. You can view which classes you are registered for by logging in to your online account. If you are added from the waitlist and can no longer attend, you must cancel your booking so the next person in line can be added to the class.

Event/Workshop Cancellations: Workshop bookings must be cancelled no later than 24 hours before the start time, in which case you can transfer on to a future workshop. Workshop cancellations within 24 hours are non refundable and non transferable.

Refund Policy: All sales are final and all payments are non-refundable. Should you become unwell or injured a note from your doctor must be provided and your case will be assessed on an individual basis and a pause or credit may be considered.
