COVID-19 Protocols | Practicing Yoga During a Pandemic
Evergreen Holistic is committed to providing safe, sanitary and professional yoga and wellness services to our community. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have implemented a series of guidelines to help ensure a safe, healthy and therapeutic experience for all.
Masks are required in the common areas of the building (lobby, hallway, kitchenette)
We support personal and business autonomy for our teachers and their classes. Some classes will be mask optional and some will be mask required. Mask required classes have been clearly indicated on the schedule and will require a mask to participate.
Upon entering the building, please utilize the available sanitizing stations.
Only clients who are pre-registered for class will be allowed to enter the Yoga Room.
If the door is locked, we are in between classes/appointments and are re-sanitizing for you. Doors will open 15 minutes before class start time.
Please do not attend class if you:
are experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms such as fever, cough, shortness of breath, loss of smell, headache, sore throat, chills, extreme fatigue, diarrhea or nausea
been out of the country or in an area of Florida or the US where there is substantial community spread
been directed by any federal, state or local official that you should isolate or quarantine due to the risk of transmission of COVID-19
have recently come in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19
Space is limited to seven (7) students per class so pre-registration is required due to limited capacity and for contactless entry
Masks are required before and after class or when a student is no longer on their yoga mat
Scheduled classes will open 15 minutes before start time, students are asked to enter one at a time.
Please only bring necessities into the building: water, keys, yoga mat/props
Props will be available to all students - but we highly encourage you to bring your own props if you have them. If you plan to borrow props from the studio, please bring a couple of pillow cases or towels to cover the props with.
Once in the studio please stay on your mat unless you are going to the restroom
Students should exit the studio one at a time with the mat closest to the door leaving first
Please remember masks are required before and after class.
Booking & Cancellation Policies:
Since our class sizes and schedule will be dramatically reduced to adhere to social distancing guidelines, we will be enacting the following cancellation policies:
Booking: Pre-registration is required for all classes. Walk-ins will not be permitted at this time.
Cancellation Window: Students can cancel their class via their online account up to 2 hours or more prior to class without penalties. Cancelations via email, Facebook, or voicemail will not be permitted.
Late Cancellation or Now Shows: Students that do not cancel 2 hours prior to class or fail to show for class will lose their class. Those on an unlimited plan will be auto-charged $10 for each offense.
Late Arrivals: Students that arrive after the door has been locked will not be permitted entrance and the no-show policies will be applied.
Waitlists: If you are added to the waitlist when booking and a space opens up, you will automatically be added from the waitlist in to that class. If you have email notifications enabled in your account you will receive an 'added from the waitlist' automatic email notification. You can view which classes you are registered for by logging in to your online account. If you are added from the waitlist and can no longer attend, you must cancel your booking so the next person in line can be added to the class.
Event/Workshop Cancellations: Workshop bookings must be cancelled no later than 24 hours before the start time, in which case you can transfer on to a future workshop. Workshop cancellations within 24 hours are non refundable and non transferable.
Refund Policy: All sales are final and all payments are non-refundable. Should you become unwell or injured a note from your doctor must be provided and your case will be assessed on an individual basis and a pause or credit may be considered.
