Evergreen Holistic collects your personal information in order to help us improve the services and products we offer and to provide unique personalized services and products to each user. You are under no obligation to provide any personal data however, other than your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number and postal address. We may ask for further information from you in order to obtain a better understanding of how Evergreen Holistic can improve our offering to you. In all instances it is entirely your choice whether or not to provide information.
Evergreen Holistic uses an external online booking software, WellnessLiving, to process and safely store your data. You can edit the data that we hold for you by logging in to your account. Once logged in navigate to 'my account' and there you can update your personal and billing information. Should you need assistance with logging in or updating your information please contact us.
If you no longer use our services, you have the right to request removal of the personal data that we store for you. Evergreen Holistic reserves the right to keep a record of your visit/scheduling history and liability waiver. In this case please contact us for assistance.
Email is our primary method of communication with you. There are two types of email communication that we make.
Essential communication - including receipts, class booking confirmations, waitlist confirmations, changes to your booking. You can opt in/out of these emails in the 'my account' section of your profile (although we highly recommend opting in to these).
Newsletter and promotions - including information about new classes, workshops/trainings/events, and other updates and offers. You can unsubscribe to these by clicking the 'unsubscribe' button at the base of any such email.
Phone is our secondary method of communication. We use this to contact you if last minute changes to your booking have to be made for example if a teacher is ill and no replacement can be found at short notice.
