YOGA & MEDITATION

Evergreen Yoga & Meditation is rooted in the foundation of oneness through movement, breath, awareness and connection. Our approach is trauma-sensitive for adults and youth, teaching yoga and meditation as a tool for self-regulation from stress, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, PTSD and more.
We currently provide services for weekly Veterans Yoga class in North Port, FL; weekly In-Patient Recovery and Staff Yoga at Charlotte Behavioral Health Care in Punta Gorda, FL; monthly Youth Yoga at Coastal Behavioral in Punta Gorda, FL; and Trauma-Informed Yoga at Charlotte County Jail in Punta Gorda, FL.

Sliding Scale Payment:
Group Yoga & Meditation classes operate on a sliding scale payment system. All group classes are a required payment of somewhere between $10-20 per person, per class. Cash / Check / Venmo preferred. Monthly invoice options for your business/school/community are available upon request.
It is our goal to offer these services in a way that feels accessible and sustainable for all people. This isn't a "corporate, get rich" model. This is a "community" model and is scaled for the average, honest human.
If you cannot afford to pay our fee for class, please discuss with your teacher. We will never turn anyone away but we do need and appreciate the support to sustain our business and our very special model.
